Big Open Weekend hours:
Saturday 5th October: 10am - 4pm
Sunday 6th October: 10am - 2pm
Fitness class activities
Complimentary Gym Induction
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 9am - 3pm
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.

Kid's activities
Get ready for a a fun-packed day full of entertaining activities for kids! Let their sporting talent shine with our fun-packed activities including free use of the Athletics Track, as well as free use of the Disability Bikes on the track. Sessions include:
- Athletics Track: Saturday 9am - 5pm | Sunday 9am - 3pm
